I’m hard on my stuff, so I was surprised by how well this has held up. I’ve worn it a bunch already and it still looks good with no real signs of falling apart. Durable so far.

At first I was hopeful they’d help quickly, but the replies took way too long. I tried to stay patient, then I got frustrated waiting around. When they finally responded, I was relieved, but the slow service definitely made the whole experience less pleasant.

The site was easy to figure out. I usually assume these kinds of sites follow the same basic layout, and this one mostly did, so I didn’t have any trouble getting around.

I did get my refund in the end, which I appreciate, but it took longer than I expected. I think it’s only fair for customers to get their money back in a reasonable amount of time, especially when everything else has already been settled. Not a terrible experience, just wish the process had been a bit quicker.

This looked nothing like the pictures or what was described. I was disappointed when it showed up.

It looks fine and does the job, but it feels a bit overpriced to me. A friend of mine has something similar that cost less, so I couldn’t help comparing the two. Not terrible, just not really worth the price in my opinion
